Packing and Shipping Instructions

We are the National Sales Center for the Esaote/Pie Tringa Linear, Falco, and Aquila scanners. Please inquire if you have any questions regarding sales and/or trade in of your Pie scanner.

	*Pack the system in its carrying case, taking care to secure* all accessories.**
	Always wrap the probe head and metal box with padding.
	Do not ship the probe with the head in the probe holder on the machine as this can damage the probe.

Pack the probe and system into a box with at least 3" of peanuts on all sides.

	Purchase at least $3000 insurance from Federal Express (see below).
	Ship the system VIA Federal Express to: Veterinary Sales and Service Attn: Service Department 7861 SW Ellipse Way Stuart, FL 34997

Always pack the system on it's bottom, not it's back or the side.

A Word About Insurance

We recommend a minimum of $3000 worth of shipping insurance. You may want to purchase more insurance to cover your equipment in the case of loss. (The cost of insurance is normally $7.50 per $1000.00 of coverage.) We suggest that you check with your insurance agency since you may be covered for loss already.

You can reach Federal Express (800-238-5355) to arrange for a pickup. We recommend that you DO NOT ship via the pack and mail type businesses. They tend to mark up the shipping charges by as much as 100%.

Returning Your System

All serviced units are returned back via Federal Express. If you require overnight shipping or wish to have more insurance on the return shipment, please notify us so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
